NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas Gov. Mike Beebe is to speak at a Memorial Day ceremony at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.

The state Department of Veterans Affairs is sponsoring the event and says Beebe will provide the keynote address during the ceremony that is to start at 10 a.m. Monday.

The ceremony is expected to last 30 to 40 minutes and — in case of rain — will be held inside at Sherwood Forest.
