Hwy 67 lanes in Jacksonville to close for drilling

JACKSONVILLE, AR - Crews performing geotechnical sampling on Highway 67 in Jacksonville will require a nighttime lane closure this week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.

The sampling will require the northbound, inside lane near the Main Street Exit to be closed beginning Wednesday night, September 5th and continuing through Friday night, September 7th. The lane closure will be in effect between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., weather permitting.

Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
