LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A jet fabrication company will get to stay at the Little Rock National Airport for nearly 30 more years.

Dassault Falcon Jet. Corp. and Little Rock National Airport announced an amended lease agreement Tuesday that would allow the company to remain at the airport until 2040. The lease also includes a 10-year option at the end of the period.

Officials say under the new lease, Dassault will get to use more than 4 million square feet of land and 900,000 square feet of total hangar and office space.

Dassault is one of Arkansas' largest employers, with 1,800 workers at its Little Rock facility. Employees perform finishing work on the interiors of corporate jets and paint the exteriors at the Arkansas plant.

The company has an annual payroll of $150 million.
