LITTLE ROCK, AR - The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced Monday that a Marion player won $1,000,000 on a $20 scratch-off ticket.
Tat Sing Wong bought the Million Dollar Riches ticket at the E-Z Way Food Market in West Memphis.
