Plans for state-run health exchange in Ark. ended

Arkansas Insurance Commissioner Jay Bradford says opposition from the legislature has ended any plans for a state-run Health Benefits Exchange.

Hell all Arkansas would have gotten out of it anyway would have been a Dixie Mafia controlled health care system and dark ages medical treatments.
