West Mountain's roads are in good shape as - is. Adding additional signs and guardrails ammounts to attempting to fix a problem that doesn't exist, while further cluttering up the beautiful scenery in the process. This money would be better spent on Bathhouse Row restoration efforts, which have dragged along at a snails pace for the last 30 years.
