S. Ark. judge accused of improper conduct, quits

An Arkansas saw judge who was accused Thursday of numerous ethical violations because of alleged alcohol and drug use has resigned, citing his court's heavy caseload.

And that's why I call it the "high" court. The picture; does it look like he's been drinking?

Well, looking at the the rulings coming from the U.S. Supreme Court over the last few decades, I'd say that it's obvious he isn't the only judge who has a drinking and drug problem.

He can always get a job in Saline County or the State Supreme Court.
