She doesnt deserve a penny of any money. She broke the policy and she broke the integrity of being a teacher. She was fired because she did wrong, not because she was black. I am sick and tired of reading that people are winning these assinine lawsuits for being fired for doing something stupid, illegal or against company policy, then suing claiming they were fired for being a specific race, when in fact that is the furthest from the truth.

It would help if it was reported how much time and money she lost over it- it does seem excessive and really everyone is tired of the race card and over compensation - why wasn't this handled with just a conference - obviously she had reasons- was it to up her productivity with the students or encouragement for one who can't? $500,000 buys allot for students in need- and districts in need--- what do they pay white employees who lose their jobs?
