LITTLE ROCK, Ark. - The stars were out in North Little Rock Tuesday Night for the premiere of The Birthday Bully.
More than 200 people packed the Argenta Community theater tonight to see the short film that was filmed right here in Arkansas.
The mastermind behind the entire project, ten-year-old Kennedy Jordan, who not only wrote the movie, but directed and starred in the film.
The main message of her film, it only takes one.
Kennedy Jordan/Producer, "The Birthday Bully" says "It's so true... It only takes one, for one person to come and stand up and take action and stop bullying.. and that's what I'm trying to do."
"The Birthday Bully" along with the Little Rock School District and New Beginnings Behavioral Services have committed to being sponsors to Kevin Kelly's Step Up, Stop Bullying program.
