You can't fix stupid! Anyone with any sense in their head would know not to burn anything outside on windy days. That's just common sense. I has nothing to do with "our leaders." Duh!!!!!

Our great leaders in Little Rock should have issued a state wide burn ban since county leaders cannot or will not do anything except come up with excuses. Some idot starts a fire and nothing is done!!!!!!
