because (look at the photo) it is a train overpass and they need a gradual incline and decline to pass over safely.

Why don't they raise the bridge to a MODERN height !!!!!!!!!!

From Wisconsin ?! maybe it should have been measured in units of cheese....This height isn't "Gouda" for your truck or You'll lose some "Cheddar" trying to go under here. Your boss is gonna be a "Munster" when he see's what you did to his truck.

I am not sure but I'm sure rhe driver looked at a map or GPS and hit it hard. They are for the most part so in need of a rectal/optomi they dont pay attention. Oh well another day of life in the fast lane

The sign giving the height restrictions is huge. Larger than most signs. He just wasn't paying attention. Probably talking on his cell phone. You can tell by how far he traveled under the underpass that he didn't even slow down to check things out. Most companies automatically terminate drivers for "topping" a trailer so, he's probably out of a job.

I guess no one ever made a mistake on their jobs before... much less have it make the news.. just saying I'm glad no one was hurt.

When will NLR just put a sign before the round-a-bout? I see a truck stuck at this location about once a week. Better yet, why don't they make trucks go a different route than go under this bridge.
