The oil and gas companies are not stupid, they have been dealing with this type of local attitudes for years, frankly they could care less about fracking two wells, last check the major player sold out there share of the Fayetteville shale play to a different country and the independents are loosing money everyday cause of the price of natural gas, heck just pump it in from Louisiana, Texas or Oklahoma and double the price pass it on to you or I and blame it on the gas companies because the ground shakes every ten years or so.

For those doubting a connection. Research a connection in Denver Co. in 1960's, Euless Tx. in the late 1990's, Minton La., during the last 8 years. Educate yourself before you decide.

"I can't go into detail at this time, but I can say that we believe there is a potential correlation between injection operations and earthquakes at one or both of those wells," said Shane Khoury, deputy director and general counsel for the commission. My question for Mr. Khoury: what is the correlation between injection operations and the earthquake of 1811 (followed by five years of seismic activity) and the Enola, Arkansas earthquake swarm in 1982 (near Guy and Greenbrier) in which the Arkansas Geological Society recorded 40,000 seimic activities from 1.2 to 4.5 scale. Please explain. For those who do not know, we live on or near fault lines. As such, I can guarantee you that there will be earthquakes. I don't know when, but there will be earthquakes. Ask Mr. Khoury when all drilling and wells are stopped if he will guarantee there will be NO earthquakes.
