LITTLE ROCK, AR - Authorities have arrested two men they believe are connected to the murder of Jon Michael Fincher in 2006.

Fincher was reported missing in October 2006. In May 2008, human remains were found in Nevada County that were believed to be that of Fincher. This was confirmed in April of 2009.

Larry Miller with the Nevada County Sheriff's Office says 28-year-old Jared Dundee and 29-year-old Jesse Whatley were arrested yesterday in connection with Fincher's murder and that formal charges are pending.

Nice that you judge people with only reading a paragraph about someone's arrest....forget knowing the details of the case is your theory huh?! I honestly hope you're on the receiving end of someone that judges like you do one day!!
