2 years for man who stole from employee profit sharing plan

A North Little Rock man was sentenced to two years in prison for embezzling more than a quarter-million dollars from his company’s employee profit sharing plan.

blackandproud.........shut your whitey hating, racist mouth. This is another example of how f'ed up our justice system is. Dude screws people out of a quarter of a million bucks and he get s 2 year sentence. What a joke.

WOW!!!!!! I agree this "trusted member" of society is no different then the drug dealing officers and gets a slap. @bat102....of course he won't and I'm sure can't pay all of it back. I wonder what he spent all the $ on, hmmm new car, new boat, vactions..etc. What a damn shame...once again our justice system fails us..no surprise there

Agree. A criminal is a criminal. White or blue or hog collar. The sad thing here is someone thought 2 years was a fitting sentence.

where is all teh hate comments at? the police officers that got involved in drugs got hammered! they are thugs hoodlums and ghetto and all other sorts of stuff, what is this guy then? a respected member of society? PLEASE he is no better than a drug dealer or armed robber, he is a thief and should be treated as such.

2 years for 270k ill sign up for that now. WOW, a young man deserved to die for stealing a wallet but this man can steal from a position of trust for years and years and get a slap on the wrist. 2 years only adds up 4 months, unless it is federal then its a whopping 17 months wow.i will go to prison right now if you put 270k in my account. once again we see who the real criminals are.
