LITTLE ROCK, AR - A reward  for anyone who can help police find and successfully prosecute the people involved in the shooting death of Terry Bullard last May has been increased from $10,000 to $20,000.

Bullard, who was celebrating his graduation from Central High School, was gunned down in the early morning hours of May 26 at the Medium Art Lounge.

Police say that they do not believe that Bullard was the target. Police believe an argument between others resulted in shots being fired and one bullet striking and killing him.

Police have interviewed at least 100 witnesses, but no suspect has been developed. Anyone with information is asked to call Det. Terrell Vaughn at 580-8706, or the Major Crimes Division at 371-4660.

Reading my post, I reckon there may be a few out there that might misundertand what I meant. My Comp instructors would be upset also. Anyway, when I said "...one of his thug buddies...."; the word "his" is referring to the perp, not the victim.

Hope they catch the garbage that killed this young man. Surely 20K will motivate one of his thug buddies to rat him out.
