Well I guess our state better start looking at ALL the state's budget concerns. Saw 8 highway dept workers on Hwy 67 last week and darned if it wasn't the proverbial joke. Yes only one was doing anything that looked like work. Maybe they were on break and the newest employee couldn't take his until the main clique had theirs. How about we break up those "good ole boy" cliques and we might see some roadwork done a whole lot faster. It's not just in Ar. it's all over the country. Does getting hired by the highway dept. cause some kind of mental illness? You know like going "postal" only it's more like watch one guy working syndrome.
