Three men have been arrested in December for sexual assaults in Lonoke county, including a 44-year-old man who raped a 13-year-old girl.

Robert Renner was arrested on the 12th on rape charges stemming from a report that he assaulted a 13-year-old in Ward in July.

In a separate incident, 38-year-old Ronnie Stewart, Jr., of Maumelle, was arrested in connection with an incident that occurred in an Austin home on Dec 8th. Stewart is charged with rape, terroristic threatening, 1st degree false imprisonment, and interference with emergency communications.

The third arrest was made December 5th. In that instance, 35-year-old Patrick Kemp was arrested on a 2nd degree sexual assault charge in connection with an incident that happened in a Cabot home on December 1st.

myidea I almost agree with you... Except i think they should get to see it comming. That round needs to be in the front.... right between the eyes.

I wonder how many prior sex offenses they've had? Rape/child molestation should be an automatic death sentence.

I hate to say this but it is only going to get worse we have no laws and no one to enforce them.We have to be careful we don't want to offend anyone.

if they are guilty forget prison. one round each in the back of the head. that way we the tax payers don't have to pay for scum to sit in prison

WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE. I SAY LOCK THEM UP IN PRISON FOR LIFE WITH THE PEOPLE THAT "HATE" RAPIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
