maybe now the people in Maumelle can go back to watering their lawns like normal, which most are probably ignoring that crap anyway

I'm sure the water company would understand if my house had a leak!! Sure no problem we'll just adjust that bill for you.

Haven't checked your link out yet; but I do know that the PCSSD throws money down the drain like it's going out of style. Enough buses for a small army, legal fees on a so called desegregation case ( and I thought Brown vs. the Board fixed that a long time ago! ), and on and on......

If this was the only absolutely ABSURD, newsworthy story, involving the PCSSD, I would make no comment -- but it isn't -- not by a long shot.
