LITTLE ROCK, AR – The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery says that a winning Powerball ticket was sold at the Phillips 66 on Chicot Road in Little Rock.
The winner has yet to be identified. They matched 4 of 5 white balls, plus the Powerball for a $10,000 winner. The winning ticket also has a $1 Power Play, which multiplies the dollar amount by 5, which makes it worth $50,000.
The Powerball drawing on Wednesday has an estimated jackpot of $245 million.
