Someone needs to check and see if the valuations in the area where the city wants to put the new tech park went down. That would make it alot easier for the city if they had to pay "fair market value" rather than use the dreaded eminant domain crap!

I will be seeking to get a special treatment as I am old and not well and when I saw that NOTICE I just thought " B.S. MY PROPERTY HAS DEPRECIATED." I did not know there was a deadline for this. I have to go to the DR in a few minutes, then I will be calling them.

You sure got to be careful when voting. It can come back and bite you. What I love is with all the crime and such down there they charge you heavy with little to no protection. The American Dream.

another example of why we need different elected officials. They are doing things to jack up prices and now, we the taxpayer, have to jump through hoops to fix their issues with their employee's and programs, so that we don't get screwed!

data entry errors? throw out the bs flag on that one. they simply thought they'd slip this under the radar of the tax payer in order to drum up more revenue for the politicians to spend. there should be an investigation of fraud immediately!
