LITTLE ROCK, AR – An accident on I-30 westbound closed all three lanes of traffic near the Geyer Springs exit Thursday night.

A driver flew across the ditch from the access road onto the highway crossing all three lanes of traffic, clipping a semi-truck and losing control of the car. The vehicle spun acround, hitting the retaining wall before coming to a rest perpendicular to traffic.

The driver of another vehicle didn't see what happened and slammed into the front end of the car, coming to rest in the ditch.

It is not known how many people were injured or the extent of their injuries.

What's really wrong with you? Don't you drive all over LR? It's NOT just in that area where people drive crazy..AND how can you distinguish the people from that area from someone in West LR? Evidently YOU don't drive down Chenal, those people in that area, drive fast and crazy too. Before you get on the comments and try to make remarks like that you need to come with PROOF! Please let me know...

Arkyny your ignorance is appalling on this matter. How dare you "assume" you know when obviously from your comments you have no idea. There could be numerous reasons of why this accident occurred, and not just because of your so called assumed stupidity or lack of regard for other drivers. I pray that the parties involved in this "accident" are all ok. And pray for you Arkyny that you will learn to not be so judgmental of people and assume things that somehow in your mind you think is the only logical explanation.

What exactly do you mean "The people from that area"? I live in Southwest LR and no one I know of tries to cause or have an accident. This is an unfortunate case and it is an interstate with vehicles from many different areas at all times of the day and night. I hope that the people involved are ok.

I know what happened, it was those folks from that area, I see it every morning on the way to work, no freakin signals, no respect, prolly no drivers license, most likely suspended. Most likely on the way for a hit of crack!!

Its a wonder this doesnt happen more in Little Rock, especially that area. I drive through there every morning, and its the same thing, speeding, cutting in front with no F-----g blinkers. Leave a little early idiot so you dont have to speed, and we know who it is, mostly youngsters going to school with no regard for the rest of us, and then the trucks, they should wait till after the rush hour. I could go on and on!!!! Pissed!!!!!
