rudder; I went on a PGR mission today; rode from Jax to almost the end of I-630; I get a lot of salutes also for going the speed limit. Some of them think they are at the Indy 500 I guess. I'm with you; there should be more local, county, and state police watching traffic on our roadways. I always get a smile when I do see someone pulled over; just wished I could smile more often!

There is a very good reason the speed limit in that area is 55. I really suggest 35 when the workers are present. I drive the 55 and I get lots of one fingered salutes for blocking traffic. I guess the City of Little Rock doesn't need the money as the average speed on I-430 is above 75 for the whole length including the construction zone.
