Accused Child Rapist Dressed in Women's Clothing Arrested for Lewd Acts in Public Park

An accused child rapist was arrested again Tuesday morning for performing lewd acts in a public park.

Doesn't surprise me that is the Judge.here in Pope county (Russellville) a judge gave a former cop ZERO jail time and only fine and probation.H e was convicted of sexual misconduct with none other than his grandchild.Also had to register as a sex offender.

WHY IS THIS GUY IN THE PUBLIC ANYWAYS ? I BLAME THE LAW OR THE JUDGE FOR ALLOWING HIM TO BE FREE AND ALLOWING HIM TO HAVE MORE VICTIMS, PEOPLE CAN DO ANYTHING ANYMORE AND JUST GET A WARNING OR A SLAP ON THE WRIST , THIS IS WHY PEOPLE KEEP DOING BAD STUFF THERE IS NOT ENOUGH PUNISHMENT THESE DAYS! IF YOUR AN ADULT YOU KNOW RIGHT FROM WRONG, IF YOUR AN ADULT THAT HAS MENTAL ISSUES THEN THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN AN INSTITUTION!!!!!!!!!
