VILONIA, AR - The Vilonia School District fired Michael Rush, a teacher accused of using an iPod to record images from underneath women's skirts at a Conway Walmart, according to Superintendent Frank Mitchell. Mitchell says that he recommended rush's termination a month ago. Rush wasn't fired until this week because he had 30 days to appeal the decision.

"It's pretty scary to know that somebody could do that," one of Rush's alleged victims who asked to remain anonymous told Fox16. "You have no knowledge of it. You don't know what else they could do or what they're doing with those photos."

According to police, Walmart's security cameras caught rush doing the same thing to two other women in the store as well. He is scheduled to make his first appearance in Conway District Court on August 6th.

As for the woman, she fears more victims are out there and just don't realize it. She says she still wouldn't know about the incident if Walmart personnel hadn't told her about it. She has also made a few changes in her weekly grocery shopping routine.

"I don't wear a skirt to the store anymore," she said.

Reached by phone Wednesday, Rush declined comment for this story.

Has he been arrested? If not, then why not! Send him to the pen, where he'll get all the "upskirt" he wants.
