LITTLE ROCK, AR – Two of the suspects in the Allis Street shooting have been charged with first degree murder, among other charges.
Omar Griffis was charged with 1st degree murder, 1st degree battery, and aggravated assault. Griffis plead not guilty and his was bond set at $1 million.
Marcus Simmons was charged with one count of first degree murder and two counts of first degree battery. Simmons plead not guilty and his bond was set at $1 million.
On July 19, Griffis and Simmons turned themselves in to police in connection to the Tuesday night shooting that left 31-year-old London Terry dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
