LOLROF. Amberjack you hit that right on the head. One of the qualifications for being in the crooked badge toting association is playing a mean game of golf and shuffle board.

You are right Butch, I think the worst thing about the federal pen is that you have to carry your own clubs

The light sentence will serve to encourage other officers to do the same thing rather than deter them.

Cummins is a state prison. Theses old boys are going to a federal prison. So the boys at cummins will still be lonely. What I don't get is how they get off with 16 months. After watching what happened here a few years ago. Guys in this same line and the same charges got that many years. We could be working on the good buddy badge toting criminal policy. Of course there was one that his father was in law enforcement and they claimed he was working under cover to get him off. The honest people in the community knew better. Fox 16 why don't you find out what the non law enforcement people in this case are getting and let us make up our mind own our own.

This case is simply a case of abusing his position as a law enforcement officer. This shows that money will make some people do stupid things and I don't believe that they think of the consequences of their actions.
