Appeals court: SWEPCO coal plant injunction valid

Opponents of a $2.1 billion coal-fired power plant being built in southwest Arkansas are hailing the importance of an appeal's court decision that upheld a judge's order halting work at part of the site.

Sierra Club aka Tree Hugging Fanatics...it never ceases to amaze me that these people can have the impact on a state like Arkansas they have. Sad news is; it's not the people of Arkansas that don't want the plant, it's the Liberals and our liberal judges. If it were up to the Liberals we would be back in the stone age. After all; that is where they belong. Don't know about you guy's, but I like my central air and suv..eat it Sierra Club!
