Anyone who has had to put up with Fish & Games Officers in the field and in not hearing what we have to say about our seasons, is a fool if they don't sign this. It's high time to bring them back down to earth and put the money back in our hunting areas, not in their pockets. If we need to fund something let it be the State Police, who protect and serve. There is no reason to support F&G on this, as we all know, when they had to count on selling hunting & fishing Licenses for their income, they were all ears. Now they have this "I am the law attitude" and we have the power to end it. Also what spray said is true All McDaniel did was certify the language of a proposed ballot He did not write.

I am not so sure that sportsmen will support the G&F on this. The last few years the G&F have done several things that many sportsmen dont agree with and have gotten a you cant touch me attitude. Many people such as myself have are a little put off by the way the G&F have handle public comments and other things about season dates and new regulations. If the G&F want to keep thier funding they should pay more attettion to the people that fund them.

No where does it state that McDaniel iniated or supports this. His job is to make sure things like this are written appropriately. Thats part of what he does. He has to make sure everything is written correctly. He isnot quoted as a supporter, or non-supporter, just simply doing his job.

All McDaniel did was certify the language of a proposed ballot. The actual ballot initiative was submitted by the Sportmen2010 group and has nothing to do with Beebe or McDaniel.
