nice post wallfisher, Griffin's stance on MJ will not make or break votes, nor will it matter if it passes or fails, the voters are the main force and always remember that

Herb Rule recently made the news with a DUI arrest. How many times does this need to happen before he is locked up for reckless endangerment. For me it's very simple before anyone can claim the right to label people a criminal for possessing cannabis under their own freewill they have an obligation to accept responsibility for the damages and deaths that result from what they believe to be right for the people. So, as long as the government collects revenue in the form of licenses, permits and taxes from alcohol, that money should be spent on assisting and counseling people who have been mentally and physically abused by someone under the influence of alcohol. It should pay for the hospital bills and funerals of those people who have been injured or killed by someone under the influence of alcohol. It should pay for repairing and replacing property that has been damaged and destroyed by someone under the influence of alcohol, before one penny is spent on persecuting a person for possessing a product of nature. Otherwise it's called CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

Glad to have this bit of info out there. I personally will vote against Mr. Griffin and Mr. Rule. Having lost several close family members to cancer I feel strongly about this and if I am ever faced with the personal fight against cancer I would want a legal choice.
