This story has been one sided from the begining including this newstation and others! The osborn family has contacted & tried to tell their side. Even in this interview Casey's mom said "IF" he is the killer. That clearly puts doubt!! What about the other 3 boys questioned & thier stories didn't match up? Why did 1 boy move away? Why did 1 boys truck catch fire? Too may questions! The police quit looking for the real killer when they made Osborn confess!Osborn was on the road that morning taking his daughter to work(witness have testified to that.) Thank God for a new trial, maybe Casey's killer will be found!

Miniack--There was no DNA evidence. The only evidence used against Osburn at his trial was the confession, and surveillance showing that he drove on Hwy. 65 that day, along with hundreds of other cars that drove there.

Pray that this sick man get what he deserves. Because I was a classmate of Casey's, the school kept everyone posted. If there is DNA evidence, why try and work your way around every nook and cranny? The attorney(s) representing Mr. Osburn need prayer, that's so sad and sickneing. To the family and all her beloved friends who are going to have to go through such a horrible trial again, my thoughts and prayers will go up to the Lord Jesus Christ!

Quiet - "So will there be another trial for this killer or does he get to walk free and kill again? If your gonna write a story...how bout putting a little more info out there for us." 2nd paragraph - last line answers your question. Please read the whole article before you are so critical.
