Just because he refused the test does not mean he was drung some people do get offended when one of the blue gods imply they are drunk, And under Ark. saw you do have the right to refuse the test. If you read the first of the article it reads that he is a lawyer.

If he wasn't DRUNK, he SHOULD HAVE BEEN WILLING TO TAKE THE TEST then it would be OVER.. He is lying, just like a politician....we have enough weak politicians, we don't need him.

I feel like a democrat all of a sudden. Must be because I just cast 5 votes! I gave all of you a vote. If he wasn't drunk, then why didn't he submit to a blood alcohol test? Then he would have proof that he wasn't drunk. That's right, he's a former state legislater; above the laws they make.

You and I, if confronted with the same exact situation and refused the test the lawmakers created to test the sobrity of an individual, we would automtically be considered guilty as charged simply because of the refusal to cooperate with a law inforcement officer. I wonder why he feels he should be treated any diffent? We shall see huh?

A potential lawmaker who is unwilling to comply with the law. I can't imagine why anyone would want to elect an official who is unwilling to comply with the laws his peers had enacted, and then refuse to comply with the request of a LEO. I wonder what the spin will be.
