A Russellville doctor is in federal custody in Little Rock after being arrested for possessing hand grenades. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents arrested Randeep Mann at his home in Pope County.

ATF agents are saying this arrest and last month's bombing in West Memphis are unrelated. Dr Randeep has been disciplined for his practice before, now he's behind bars charged with possessing grenades.

The parking lot of the Skyline Medical Center in Russellville is empty. No sign of doctor Randeep Mann other than a note on the door. The sign says it's closed due to an emergency. They will try to reopen next Tuesday.

ATF agents arrested Mann Wednesday night for possession of unlicensed hand grenades.

A woman showed up at his clinic with her son, unaware of the situation until we told them. "I can't believe it. I just came here one time. I brought my daughter right here but I didn't know anything about that," says patient Diana Loaece.

According to the ATF someone phoned in an anonymous tip to the Pope County Sheriff's Office that Dr. Mann had hand grenades on property near his home in London. No one answered the door at his home.

Diana Loaece now has her own questions. "We need to find another doctor because we came here and we didn't need an appointment to see the doctor."

The state medical board has disciplined him twice the most recent in 2006. The ATF says his arrest and the bombing of board president Trent Pierce are not related.

On several occasions he's been cited for over prescribing pain killers and anti-depressants.
