Ark. man charged for FBI calls found incompetent

A federal judge says a Texarkana man accused of calling the local FBI office more than 14,000 times over the course of a year is not competent to stand trial.

well...uh...there was this girl see...and she would...well nevermind...but then i tried to get a second date...and...i called and she wouldn't answer so i called again...and then i tripped and fell and hit the redial buttom...yeah thats it...i accidently hit the redial buttom 14,000 times...cmon judge you believe that right...it...it...was an accident...no really what you laughing at Butch...quit laughing...it really was an accident...juuudge their laughing at me

Sounds to me like he wasn't the only one incompetent. Did they indite the one answering the phone. What a waste of good money. That many calls should have been their sign. Why even take it to the Grand Jury. Just put him up. I've been in front of one. It was a waste and a joke with me too. So many people want to lock up people for little to no reason anymore. Get a life.

Its funny how people that are deemed incompetent can escape charges but they can hold public office.
