FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) — An Arkansas man accused of strapping a fake bomb to a woman's ankle and then trying to forcing her to withdraw money from a bank is due in federal court.

Paul Bradley has a scheduled hearing in Fayetteville Tuesday about federal firearms charges. Authorities say they found weapons in his home in January. Investigators say he also took a shotgun from the home of the woman from whom he allegedly tried to extort money.

His state trial on kidnapping and robbery charges has been pushed back to this fall.

Bradley has pleaded not guilty to both the state and federal charges.
