Why should he be treated any different than everyone else. He has a FELONY - don't let him run. That is in the RULES!

Fred Smith is certainly a clown and scam artist. 1. He DOES NOT live in Arkansas. 2. His non-profit organization is just a scam to steal money. Lots of underhanded activity with underhanded school officials and underhanded goons that work for him. He uses this money to buy his BMW, Escallade (that he just sold), Mecedes and other stuff. He has scams going on with former rep. Otis Davis. He will certainly use his scam contacts if he is State Rep. My goodness people. Wake up. He's lived in Mississippi for 7 years now.

This is completely stupid. He is a CONVICTED FELON, CONVICTED OF FELONY THEFT. He, according to every law I've read, is ineligible t be elected to office, based on that. I know of two times just here recently that someone tried to get an elected official booted out due to a 30+ year old misdemeanor, but yet this CONVICTED FELON is going to be allowed to be on the ballot. What a f'ing joke.
