We as America should be past the issue of what color we are, we are all in this together, whether your black white latino or asian, we all must learn to set our differences aside and understand that a youg man no matter what what color or back ground he came from, is gone this is some-one who had a family, that feels the hurt and pain of their lost, So with this being said, we need to let the legal system take it course and find justice if a crime was committed, and yes i find the scenrio of him being searched twice, and no weapon found, but yet still shooting himself in the tempe while hand-cuffed is a little hard to understand. but we need to let the legal system run it,s course before we start questioning what really happend, I will wait for the GSR, report.

Before its all said and done, the NAACP will have this turned into a "the white guys were let go by the white cops and the black guy was arrested by the white cops and was later dead." If the cops did do a search, did they do a full pat down or what? Where was the gun hidden at? Some people are flexible enough to wiggle their hands in front of them while handcuffed, but none of this makes any sense. They say witnesses can verify the officers did the two searches. You have two cops, witnesses to the arrest, yet no one noticed the guy wiggling around in the car and getting a gun out and shooting himself. The one thing missing from any reports I've read is when was the gunshot heard. There are way to many pieces of the puzzle not going together for me to come up with a theory. All I know is someone somewhere screwed up and didnt find the gun. I hope this gets answered soon and answered correctly so the man's family will know the truth.

These officers need to be on leave until this investigation is over. Simple as that, they screwed up!!!! 2 searches, cuffed and in the custody of the police and the guy dies by a gunshot to the head. Suicide or not, who knows, the police messed up and should be found responsible.
