FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Arkansas’ game against Tennessee inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday will begin at 5 p.m. and be aired on ESPN2.
The Razorbacks and Volunteers are meeting for the first time since 2007 and in Fayetteville for the first time since 2006. The last time the two teams met inside Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, 11th-ranked Arkansas defeated No. 13 Tennessee 31-14 on a day that ESPN’s College Gameday originated from campus for the first time.
No. 8 Arkansas is 8-1, its best start under head coach Bobby Petrino, and 4-0 in Fayetteville this season after defeating 10th-ranked South Carolina 44-28. Tennessee improved to 4-5 in 2011 with a 24-0 win over Middle Tennessee State.
