FAYETTEVILLE, AR -- Arrest warrants have been issued for two former police officers who were caught on camera pulling out their loaded guns at a local bar.

In April, Jeff Harris, who was an officer in Little Rock and Rex Frederick, formerly a Prairie Grove detective, were at Billy's Pool Hall on Razorback Road when a fight broke out.

Investigators were told the two off-duty officers displayed their weapons, but say there were conflicting statements as to what transpired, and several of the subjects involved had been consuming alcohol.

Neither of the men were arrested at the time of the incident.

Following a months-long investigation, Crawford County Prosecuting Attorney Marc McCune signed the affidavits for warrants of arrest on Thursday.

Harris was relieved of duty by LRPD pending an internal investigation, and Frederick was dismissed from his job shortly after the original investigation began.

Both are being charged with disorderly conduct and harassment, with Jeff Harris additionally being charged with aggravated assault.

They are expected to turn themselves in.
