Arrest made in theft from veteran's estate

Arkansas authorities say a Texarkana man has surrendered to authorities in connection with the theft of World War II artifacts from the estate of a veteran who was a member of the company that inspired the "Band of Brothers" book and miniseries.

I think they should turn the guy loose -- in the middle of a military base. I'm certain our soldiers would love the opportunity to teach this scumbag to not mess with the families of those who sacrifice for our freedom.
