Attorney fined $5,000 after filing "frivolous" motion

A Faulkner County public official accused of taking nearly $4,000 in dollars in taxpayer funds will go to trial in December. But now, his attorney will also have to pay a hefty fine.

Don't have much use, or respect for them myself. Had a pharmacist once that had a poster in his business. Listed certain professions; in the order people trusted them. Lawyers were down at the bottom. Funny isn't it? How all of our judges and many politicians were lawyers. What does that say about us?
