AUSTIN, AR - A man was arrested for cultivating marijuana plants at his residence Wednesday, authorities say.
Around 1:30 p.m. on March 16, 2011, officers went to a residence located on North Stage Coach road in response to information pertaining to drug activity.
Further investigation led to the locating and seizing of an estimated 8 marijuana plants, instruments used to manufacture marijuana and other drug related paraphernalia.
Police arrested the resident, 33-year-old Christopher Dunn, for the offenses of manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dunn was taken to the Lonoke County Detention Facility.
