BEEBE, AR - Beebe police are looking for two men caught on a Walmart security camera.
The men are suspected of walking up to a Camaro parked in a Beebe driveway, breaking the window, and stealing five credit cards left inside. Then they're suspected of breaking into Doug McCartney's car, parked right next to the Camaro at the time, and stealing a video camera.
"The video camera was sitting in the back seat," said McCartney. "The vehicle was left unlocked."
Unlocked or not though, McCartney's Beebe neighborhood rarely has break-ins.
"We've lived there 15 years," he said. "Raised both of our kids, nine and seven, through there. The entire time we've never had any issue whatsoever."
Police say the two suspects attempted to buy $1200-worth of computer equipment at a Walmart in Benton using the stolen credit cards.
"We've had several break-ins in vehicles around the town of Beebe," said Investigator Jeremy Weeks. "This is the best lead we've got so far. That's why we're trying to get it out to you guys and maybe identify them and get them in here and question them."
The suspects have police working overtime, and Doug McCartney -- making sure he locks his doors.
If you recognize either of the suspects, you're asked to please call the Beebe Police Department.
