Miss Kitty should have spent some of the money on some hair color, and hair dresser, and a weight loss program

There is such an obvious lack of organization throughout the parks and rec department. The problem goes beyond the latest findings with Kitty. The parks director himself needs to be removed. This should not have been brought to life by an outside auditing firm (which is additional cost to tax payers) this could have easily done by the director himself if he was qualified. Keep in mind we are talking about a concession stand with a yearly operating budget of 15k. This is pathetic. The city of Benton needs qualified individuals to run the parks and rec department and bring quality organized sports, programs, and events to this city and take it to the new level.
