Playing in the street at 11pm? How about a description of the PERSON who grabbed him instead of just the vehicle he was driving. I'd talk to the other friends with this kid, because I'm having a hard time buying this story.

it's sad that kids can't even play in the street at 11pm anymore these days without some sick perv trying to abduct them..

Find him and shoot him. Thats the only way to keep him from harming a kid, the justice system isnt going to help.

Find this person and get him OFF the streets. Tell your kids to scream, kick, yell and do whatever they need to do to get away from anyone trying to pull them in a Vehicle. Because we all know once they're in the vehicle they are gone.
