how about no parole for anyone!!! Quit wasting tax dollars on parolee's. If they need to be on parole and monitored, then they apparently aren't fit to be in society yet and that goes for all criminals. Make them serve their complete sentence!!!! Lower sentencing for stupid drug crimes and quit filling the prisons with non-violent, victimless "criminals"...Save room for the one's who are threats to other people's property and safety and make them do their complete sentence! how hard is that to figure out????????????? The recidivism rate in AR prisons is near 60%, that should tell you that parole isn't working!

I can remember a time when prison was not a place anyone wanted to be. Every inmate had to work to earn their upkeep. It isn't that way anymore. It is very attractive when you think about it. You have someone to cook all your food, someone to take care of every headache, every toothache. All this is done no charge. "It's against their constitutional rights to make them work". Well, I ask you, what about the constitutional rights of the victims? I agree with dilligaf, give them a mat. Then make them work. Maybe it won't be quite as attractive anymore.

Give them a mat and put them on the floor. I dont care about each criminal having a bed in prison. I just care about protecting the community. Dont let any of them out early, make them serv their full sentence. Maybe, just maybe, if they get a little rough and harsh treatment in prison, then they wont want to go back. Something has to be done. Like I said, to hell with their rights and their needs for the comfort of a bed. Stack them in like firewood.

If it passes just wait. They'll be wanting more tax dollars for more prisons. You think people cry about convicts getting out early and recommitting wait till they need the new prisons. That's why there is already an EPA (emergency powers act) to release convicts early. No Beds with overcrowding. I'm buying ear plugs.

Every type of criminal listed in this bill should not be eligible for parole. I agree that the pedophiles and sex offenders should not be released, much less released early, but lets not forget the repeat murderers, rapists, kindappers, thieves, assaulters, robbers and so forth. Make examples out of these criminals and let them know that crime is not tolerated and will not be tolerated and let them know that there will be severe punishment for their actions. Stop babying them.
