LITTLE ROCK, AR - A 17-year-old boy has become the third suspect to be arrested in a January murder case.

Police say while the juvenile has been charged as an adult his name cannot be released until he is formally charged in Circuit Court.

The teen was picked up Thursday at an address on Brown Street. He is being held at the Pulaski County Jail on charges of murder in the first degree, battery, and aggravated assault.

Jasmine Simone Young, 17, died in the January 30 incident after a car she was sitting in was sprayed with gunfire.

It happened about 10 o'clock that evening at the Site store on Asher Avenue.

On February 1st, Charles Robinson, 23, and Brandon Davis, 17, turned themselves in with their attorneys. They were each charged with murder in the first degree, battery and aggravated assault. Davis was charged as an adult.

A fourth individual had turned himself in the day after the shooting but police said he was determined not to have been involved in the incident.
