One child driving and both not paying attention to what is important. The good thing. Both of these children have lived through their first real bad life experience. We lose so many on their first big mistake. We truly can thank God for that.

Very, very true. I used to drive that road ever day and there are TONS of kids. I have a son myself. My nephewgot CT scans done and everything checked out fine. No broken bones or any major injuries. Just a few scratches from the road, his pants were torn from the truck, and he has lots of bruising. He is a very small boy about 65 lbs so we are very thankful for no major bruises.

1. HOW IN THE HELLLL DID THIS GET IN THE NEWS...SINCE IT WAS OBVIOUSLY NOT WITNESSED BY THE WRITER AND THE LITTLE BOY WAS NOT HURT? ...AS TOLD BY THE PERSON WHOSE CAR HE WAS EXITING. 2. WHY DO WE GET STORIES EVERY DAY THAT DO NOT COME CLOSE TO THE FACTS. OR AT LEAST THE HEADLINE WILL NOT EVEN RELATE TO THE FACTS?

I wish parents would supervise their children since they won't bother to teach them not to run into the street.

It was a 17 year old boy that hit him. He was on his way to school as well. My nephew was the one who got hit. He is alright.
