I guess they didn't have room to keep him in the jail since they were housing all those non violent offenders and dead-beat parents

This is simply another case of the justice system failing. I've said this a thousand times on here, and I'm going to keep saying it here and at the state capitol until someone hears it. Until the justice system changes and criminals are treated like criminals, nothing will change.

"Since September 2000, Robinson has made eleven trips to the Pulaski County jail, the latest on March 6 of this year for aggravated assault and kidnapping charges. Robinson got out of jail the same day with a speed letter from a judge and bond set at 25-hundred dollars, meaning Robinson only had to come up with $250." . . . . . I mean really - Ag Assault AND Kidnapping... I think judges like this should have to take the individual home to their family when they let them out on bonds like this...
