Way to really dig for information, FOX 16. In less than 5 minutes, I found his probation violation report online. It's a public record; they didn't need to ask the police what happened. Kevin Conway Duck allegedly violated four conditions of his probation. He was originally convicted of aggravated assault on 11-09-09. All of the report is available from Administrative Office of the Courts CourtConnect Website located at: https://arep2.aoc.arkansas.gov/cconnect/PROD/public/ck_public_qry_main.cp_main_idx

"IF".....he did kill her, they will get him for it....and I say "IF".....But, I smell a rat concerning her death, and it's MY personal opinion that he killed her.

What a shocker...NOT! I knew the instant this was on the news & he was mentioned that he would be the one eventually arrested. So sad that this happens so often....

Ya'll just jumped him from probation to parole. I've been around police and probation and parole people for years. My cousin and nephew are both police officers. My other cousin was a deputy and her husband a Sheriff. So on and so on. What I see is a ploy often used to get people off the street while they build a case. Looks like he might have to sit out the probation. OH well. Also in Louisiana if it was probation it was non-violent. They have places like Angola they like put the violent. My big question is how is someone working with the police is going to live with a convict. She should of lost her job as soon as they found out.

Was it parole or probation? There is a difference. But is anyone shocked that a parolee violated parole? This is yet another fine example of why parole should be abolished. If they would have kept his butt in prison, maybe Dawna would still be here.
