Excuse me people I said "He's supposed to be innocent until proven guilty!" BUT that is NOT the way it usually works. I DID NOT say he was guilty. Evidently because of the rest of my post you assumed I was saying the teacher was guilty. If you read the two posts before mine they are far closer to guilty until proven innocent.

Right. Only God and the 2 involved know who's telling the truth. No way to prove any of it.

So sparrowhawk60, this teacher is GUILTY until proven innocent? Even if the buzz around school is that this kid is a known drug user and allegedly tried to blackmail the teacher first? REALLY? Where is the protection for teachers in your system of government? I guess any disgruntled kid can accuse a teacher (or adult, for that matter...not just a teacher) of whatever they choose, therefore ruining that person's life and reputation. Only God knows the truth in this situation and until there are official charges pressed and a ruling in court against this individual, this teacher is innocent in my mind!

The teacher is still innocent til' proven guilty [oops wrong]. If guilty then should get life. I think there should be longer sentences for perv's who put themselves in positions of power and resposiblitiy. Especially when it's where they can find easy prey. Do you not realize it is wealthy AMERICANS who help keep the child sex slavery booming in foreign countries? In fact it's legal in some of them. It should be mandatory "no trade" with those countries.
